Seasonal-Flex Warehouse Associate

Location : Springfield, Missouri

Pay : $15.00 / hour – Paid Weekly

Start Date : Immediately

About the Role

Join our team this 4th Quarter as a Seasonal-Flex Warehouse Associate ! You’ll play an important role in picking, packing, and shipping kitchenware orders during our busiest season. No prior experience is required—we’ll train you on everything you need to know.

This is a flex position : you’ll be assigned a home shift and supervisor (either Monday–Wednesday or Thursday–Sunday), but may be asked to pick up additional days as seasonal needs arise.

Shifts

  • Mon–Wed : 6 : 00 AM until 5 : 00PM (Hours expand beyond 5PM during peak season, Black Friday-Christmas)
  • Thu–Sun : 6 : 00 AM until 5 : 00PM (Hours expand beyond 5PM during peak season, Black Friday-Christmas)

Note : End times vary depending on order volume. Flexibility is key—you’ll go home when the work is done, not at a set hour.

Seasonal Requirements

  • Blackout periods apply throughout the 4th Quarter – time-off requests will not be approved during peak weeks.
  • All associates are required to work Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday.
  • The only day we are closed all year is Christmas Day.

    • What You’ll Do

  • Pick items from warehouse shelves and prepare them for shipment.
  • Pack products carefully and accurately for our customers.
  • Load and unload shipments as needed.
  • Rotate through different tasks so you can jump in wherever the team needs you.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.

    • Physical Demands

  • Lift and carry boxes up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
  • Walk and stand on concrete floors for long periods.
  • Climb ladders and reach overhead to pull products.
  • Use basic tools like box cutters and scanners safely.

  • Reliable attendance—show up on time and ready to work.
  • Flexibility to stay until orders are complete.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Reliable transportation (our warehouse is in north Springfield, not near a bus line).
  • No prior warehouse experience required—we’ll train you.
