As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Intern , you'll dive into real-world manufacturing challenges and help drive smarter, faster, and more efficient production processes. You'll work side-by-side with experienced engineers, learn Lean Manufacturing principles, and contribute to projects that reduce waste, improve quality, and boost performance.
