Manager, Product Manager - Enterprise Payments Product Management

Capital One's Enterprise Payments team is crucial to ensuring we meet evolving customer needs in the dynamic digital payment landscape. As a Product Manager within Enterprise Payments, you'll join a thriving product management community, where you'll have the opportunity to define customer experiences, implement cutting-edge technology, and navigate the complex regulatory requirements across the payment ecosystem. This is a highly collaborative role, offering the chance to partner with other product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, operations specialists, and business partners. Together, you will shape product strategy and then develop, launch, and enhance payment experiences that will meet customer needs across both lending and deposit products. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and secure processing of wire transfers. Wires are a critical payment method for individuals and businesses requiring the secure and rapid movement of high-value and time-sensitive funds, both domestically and internationally. They are a preferred choice due to their robust verification across highly regulated networks and their capacity for high-dollar transactions that other payment methods limit. The industry is currently undergoing significant data changes, driven by evolving regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy for leveraging this enriched data, ideate on automation capabilities for these high-value payments, and enhance user-friendly self-service options.
