Health & Wellness RN On Call

Location : Adult Day Enrichment Programs- Peoria, Sun City, Surprise, AZ

Rate of Pay : $28.72 ph, Hourly / Non-Exempt position

Available shifts : On Call / As Needed between the hours of 9am-2, 2 : 30 or 3pm Mon-Fri

Available shifts : Wed, Thurs, Fri 9am-2,2 : 30 or 3pm

What will you be doing :

• Assessing members’ health status, providing nursing services, health and wellness counseling / education necessary to meet each member’s individual needs, and assisting the Director of Life Enrichment as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide engaging person-directed programing, which includes implementing relationship-based meaningful individualized activities, providing choices, and encouraging the members to be as independent as possible.
