Revenue Cycle Management Executive

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President (AVP) Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead system revenue integrity and contracting teams to enhance net patient revenue realization

Ensure compliance with payer rules and maintain the charge description master (CDM)

Manage payer contracting team and support internal auditing for compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience

Six years of applicable revenue cycle management experience

Experience with charge master management in a medium or large health system

Familiarity with patient accounting and billing systems, preferably EPIC

Experience in payer contracting terminology and contract negotiation preferred
