UK Licensed Real Estate Lawyer

A company is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main legal point of contact for real estate and construction matters across EMEA

Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts including leases, acquisitions, and development agreements

Provide pragmatic, commercial legal advice on real estate transactions and associated construction projects

Key Requirements

Qualified lawyer with a current practising certificate in the UK, Ireland, or an EU jurisdiction

Minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate

Strong background in handling complex, cross-border real estate matters

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with AI or data tools is an advantage
