An Anesthesiology Physician provides specialized care in anesthesia during surgical procedures, primarily supervising a team of CRNAs while occasionally administering anesthesia. This position is located in Campbell County Memorial Hospital and the Powder River Surgery Center, focusing on providing high-quality care with no on-call requirements and a generous compensation package. The role offers flexibility in scheduling and ensures that medical professionals are supported with lodging and malpractice insurance.

Coverage is sporadic to fill PTO as needed :

• 4 anesthesiologists and 7 CRNA s make up this Care Team Model
• Coverage is provided at Campbell County Memorial Hospital (90 bed facility with 4 ORs, an endo suite and an OB suite) and at the Powder River Surgery Center (2 ORs)
• Hospital averages 20-30 cases each day.
• The anesthesiologists primarily supervise. CRNA s staff rooms for the most part. You do have the opportunity to run a room at times. (90% supervision / 10% running a room)
• Schedule is Monday- Friday; 10-hour shifts; 7am to 5pm
• No call / No weekends

EMR is Epic

$350hr for first 8 hours guarantee per day (10-hour shifts)

Last 2 hours per day reimbursed at $415hr and any hours passed 10 hours reimbursed at $415hr.

No call / No weekends

$50 meal per diem per shift worked

Lodging provided; mileage reimbursement and / or flights and car rental reimbursement.

Wyoming has NO STATE INCOME TAX, so keep more of what you earn! When you are on assignment with Recruiting Resources, our agency will provide malpractice insurance, with ProAssurance as our carrier. Limits will meet State and facility requirements.
