Maintenance Technician : Maintenance Technicians are responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• General maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety at the properties
• Resident inspections
• Cleanliness and appeal of the property
• Completing work orders
• Preparing units for new occupancy and grounds-keeping
• Assist with Property Turn
