Commercial Sales Trainee - West

This posting is for our January 2026 and June 2026 Sales Trainee training classes. Potential locations for this role are on the West Coast.

We are seeking motivated and competitive people just like you to join our team. If you are looking for a career path in business to business outside sales, opportunities for travel, high level training, lots of face-time, competitive earning potential and growth, this is the career for you!

You, along with a group of other professionals early in their sales career, will go through an exciting and extensive 10-12 week training program at our corporate headquarters in northwest Georgia (don't worry, we provide housing!). Our trainees participate in everything from team building activities, plant tours (you've got to see how our products our made!), sales ride-alongs, product knowledge assessments, professional presentations and much more. Basically, if you have a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed, we give you everything else you will need to be successful in the field during the training program!

Bachelor's degree in business / sales related course of study

Willingness to relocate to the West Coast

Work Shift : 8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
