Vice President, Global Supplier Services Strategy & Operations

As a Strategy and Operations Vice President in Global Supplier Services, you will partner with senior leaders to manage and execute complex projects and operational assignments. You will leverage your analytical skills, project management expertise, and communication abilities to deliver executive-ready presentations, improve operations and manage process automation initiatives. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and support the firm's supplier management goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects, including process automation, dashboard / reporting builds, and application enhancements
- Coordinate planning and execution across multiple teams, ensuring timely progress and effective collaboration
- Draft and refine senior executive presentations, project updates, and internal communications
- Facilitate execution of GSS Strategy & Operations tasks in partnership with other managers
- Drive collaboration and efficiency in projects and tasks, resolving obstacles and ensuring smooth operations
- Utilize generative AI tools to improve speed, clarity, and output quality
- Serve as a key point of contact for inquiries from GSS management and other stakeholders
- Manage meeting cadence, agendas, and follow-ups for key internal meetings and offsites
- Act as a liaison between GSS Strategy & Operations and other teams within and outside GSS
- Demonstrate proactive, dependable, and discreet work habits, operating independently
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial services or management consultingBusiness acumen in financial services, supplier management, or payment operationsStrong experience assembling and interpreting data, generating insights, and creating executive presentationsAdvanced Excel skills (data structuring, filtering, pivoting)Ability to be flexible, to learn and adjust to a fast-changing environmentExperience supporting senior executives in complex organizationsStrong analytical and independent problem-solving skillsSound judgment and collaborative decision-making abilitiesExcellent relationship-building skills and ability to gain consensusExperience managing projects involving cross-functional teamsProficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, myPM)Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Familiarity with Alteryx, QlikSense, or similar reporting dashboardsFamiliarity with ServiceNow workflow / process automation platformExperience in sourcing, procurement, third-party oversight, or payments (a plus)
