Schedule : Sunday-Thursday | 10 : 45 PM - 7 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

As a Converting Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of converting machines, ensuring all products meet our quality standards. Your day-to-day will include :

• Operating machinery with safety and precision
• Inspecting products to prevent defects and minimize waste
• Meeting production goals and maintaining accurate records
• Packing, palletizing, and labeling finished goods
• Performing quality audits and participating in 5S initiatives
• Supporting your team and assisting coworkers when needed
