Handle inbound and outbound client calls to understand needs and offer solutionsProvide detailed information about insurance products and servicesGuide clients through the insurance application processClose sales effectively, meeting or exceeding monthly targetsFollow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retentionCollaborate with the team to resolve client issues quicklyMaintain accurate records and client dataAttend ongoing training and licensing requirementsRequirements
1 of either Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance license in California (Both Preferred)High school diploma or equivalentBilingual in English and One other languaged preferred(verbal and written)Active drivers licenseComputer savvy with ability to manage CRM and digital toolsMust live within a 12-mile radius of the officeStrong phone communication skills and sales aptitude
