Principal Finance AnalystGpu Strategic Deals
As a key member of our Infrastructure Finance team, the Principal Finance AnalystGPU Strategic Deals will lead financial support for new and highly complex, large-scale GPU transactions. Responsibilities will include pricing support for new SKUs and configurations, in-depth contract negotiation analysis, and end-to-end management of critical clients. This role will partner closely with engineering, sales, procurement, and legal teams to structure optimal agreements (including contracts, LOIs, and related commercial documents) tailored to client requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates autonomy from day one, brings strong infrastructure (data center, network) financial acumen, and operates effectively across a dynamic enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Pricing, SKUs & Configuration Support
- Develop pricing strategies for new GPU SKUs and configurations in collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams
- Structure pricing models that reflect infrastructure, network, and support cost considerations
- Analyze market and competitor pricing to guide negotiation tactics
- Contract Negotiation & Analysis
- Provide financial analysis and modeling to inform deal structure and contract negotiations
- Partner with legal on key commercial terms, executing reviews of LOIs, MSAs, and SOWs
- Support risk assessment and recommend financial protections within agreements
- P&L Management
- Track, manage, and analyze major client P&Ls linked to GPU infrastructure deals
- Identify drivers of deal profitability and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with procurement to align infrastructure sourcing with deal needs
- Work alongside engineering to validate cost and feasibility assumptions for custom solutions
- Liaise with legal, procurement, and business teams to ensure that structured deals align with Oracle's risk and compliance requirements
- Business Process Enhancement
- Drive standardization and automation in pricing, contract review, and P&L management processes for GPU deals
- Recommend and implement best practices for rapid, reliable deal support
Key Skills and Requirements - Preferred Skills

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
