As an Insurance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the maximum benefits from their insurance coverage while delivering exceptional patient experiences. / ppstrongYour Responsibilities : / strong / pulliVerify patients dental insurance coverage and benefits. / liliCommunicate with insurance companies to obtain pre-authorizations for treatments. / liliAssist patients in understanding their insurance coverage and estimated costs. / liliSubmit accurate and timely insurance claims electronically and via mail. / liliFollow up on outstanding insurance claims, appeals, and denials. / liliManage patient balances (AR) / liliMaintain up-to-date knowledge of dental insurance policies and industry changes. / liliCollaborate with the front desk and clinical teams to ensure accurate patient information and treatment codes. / liliProvide excellent customer service by addressing insurance-related inquiries and concerns. / liliEducate patients on available payment options for uncovered services. / li / ulpAs one of the essential members of our office, you will also help to facilitate / coordinate other office responsibilities as needed. / ppstrongYour Background / strong / ppAre you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for dental care and exceptional customer service?
