Job Description Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Make a Difference in Patient Care

Required Skills:
- Valid Registered Nurse License from the MN Board of Nursing
- Active CRNA certification recognized by the MN Board of Nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications (Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support) at the time of hire
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Proficiency in EMR systems, particularly Epic
- Ability to work independently within a supervised model of care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to fulfill scheduled shifts, including day, night, and weekend coverage as needed
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting specialized procedures
- Interest in occasional overnight shifts or call coverage
- Prior work in tertiary or Level III trauma facilities
- Familiarity with hospital care team models and patient age groups 12+
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A minimum of one year of clinical CRNA experience in a hospital setting
- Certification in specialized anesthesia techniques (if applicable)
- Active ACLS/BLS certification at Tier 2 level
Other Requirements:
- Residency within 50 miles or more from Abbott Northwestern (MN state residency not in a compact state)
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks per month for the first three months
- Ability to work a minimum of 36 hours per week; potential for longer shifts and varied scheduling
- Credentialing timeframe of approximately 90-120 days
- Availability for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, including potential weekend and weeknight call
- Possibility of overtime paid at 1.5x rate for approved additional hours and holiday rates at time-and-a-half
