WEM Capabilities Consultant

A company is looking for a WEM Capabilities Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Lead administration efforts for various workforce management solutions

Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Workforce Management technology and partner with vendors

Administer plans to deliver use cases and key metrics for governance

Required Qualifications

Experience with Verint Administrative, Intradiem Administrative, or similar tools

5-7 years of previous Workforce Management experience

Bachelor's degree or 2-3+ years equivalent work experience

Strong analytical skills and ability to drive change through partnerships

Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge required
