Director, Program Management

We are looking for a seasoned Director Program Management that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! You will be working with Product Management Program Management and Engineering in delivering outcomes in the Technology organization.

What youll get to do :

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for enterprise-wide programs ensuring alignment with company goals and long-term vision
• Drive the development execution and delivery of complex cross-functional programs spanning IT business functions and third-party partners
• Lead mentor and grow a high-performing team of program and project managers
• Own and manage program budgets resource allocation and vendor partnerships
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of programsfrom strategic planning through implementation change management and adoption
• Ensure governance compliance and risk mitigation across all programs
• Act as a key liaison to senior leadership translating business needs into actionable technology and process solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the program management discipline including agile best practices tool adoption and operational efficiencies
• Report on program performance risks and outcomes to executive stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability

The salary range for this role is $190000 per year - $220000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
