Position Summary

Belo nt Abbey College seeks a PT Evening / Weekend Library Circulation Assistant to begin January 5, 2026.

Responsibilities

• The Part-Time Circulation Assistant provides basic circulation and reference support to the BAC students, faculty, and staff during night and weekend hours.
• Manage the circulation desk, shelve library books and materials, log circulation and reference statistics, and perform clerical functions like data entry.
• Input data and assist patrons in person, over the phone, over chat, and by email.
• Refer in-depth research requests to full-time library staff.
