Roles & Responsibilities

Icertis role: Candidate must know both functional and technical combination of skillset. New template change, Candidate would do annotation or custom template configuration. More of a configuration on functional side. Technical side is where integration happens. . we already have an Icertis adaptor. This is what logs are showing and based on that infer what is required to be fixed. Icertis technical resource will also should work on Icertis APIs. Which Apis available? How to make integration work with downstream systems. What is the frequency to schedule?

1. Icertis Technical Certification

2. Code Language : .Net/ C# - If any other code language is know he/she shod be able to learn .Net/C# fast

3. Work on Azure Service Bus Integration

4. Technical know how of API

5. Understanding of Icertis Basic data flow and Rules

6. Co-ordinate with the Icertis Product team to convey the technical issue pertaining to API

7. Interprete the missing data leg that lead to integration faliure for an agement / Masterdata

8. Create and design new Middleware (API) as per customer’s requirement

9. Trigger scheduler from Service Bus Integration

10. Good understanding of of Data mapping in the Middleware between two systems

11. Anayze to give proper estimates for developing any requirement

12. Should be able to perform SIT (System Integrated Testing)
