A company is looking for a Channel Performance Manager to drive performance excellence across distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

Implement continuous improvement initiatives across distribution, logistics, and customer service functions

Identify performance gaps and inefficiencies, developing corrective actions to optimize distribution processes

Utilize data-driven methods to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or program management, preferably in distribution or industrial sales

Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills

Familiarity with industry standards, business operations, and regulatory requirements

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting
