Senior Technical Writer

Location : Salt Lake City, Utah

Scope : Full-Time, Employed

Industry : B2B SaaS

Salary : $70,000-$80,000

Hybrid Policy : Once per week from home

Responsibilities :

Work within a large multinational documentation team to create technical and microcopy content.

Utilise AI technologies effectively and securely to create high-quality documentation.

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure documentation releases are on schedule according to sprint cycles and release deadlines.

Contribute to the customer-facing documentation portal, updating documentation based on feedback.

Desired Qualifications :

5-10 years of experience as a technical writer, ideally in a SaaS environment.

Experience with Madcap Flare, GitHub, Jira.

Interest in emergent AI technologies and tools.

Proven experience creating accessible UX microcopy.

Experience in an Agile environment.
