Senior Financial Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Denmark, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a vital part in analyzing financial data, creating reports, and supporting decision-making processes. Your expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, financial modeling, and variance analysis will contribute to driving efficiency and operational improvements.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and distribute customer pricing models while addressing related inquiries.
- Analyze vendor and customer claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Review production batch results to identify and address material and labor variances.
- Evaluate gross margin reports by customer and product, identifying and resolving anomalies.
- Develop cost estimates for new and proposed products.
- Maintain and update labor routings for existing items and create routings for new items.
- Assist with monthly financial closings, including preparing journal entries, analyzing inventory, and reconciling accounts.
- Generate and distribute financial and operational metrics to support performance tracking.
- Contribute to the annual forecasting process and provide periodic updates as needed.
- Conduct financial analyses to support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and departmental expense monitoring.
Requirements :
Proven experience in financial analysis, including modeling and variance analysis.Strong background in cost accounting, particularly within manufacturing environments.Proficiency in analyzing financial metrics and generating actionable insights.Skilled in using data mining techniques to support decision-making processes.Ability to develop and maintain accurate financial records and reports.Experience in assisting with financial closings and preparing journal entries.Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and with IT teams.High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
