Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Denmark, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a vital part in analyzing financial data, creating reports, and supporting decision-making processes. Your expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, financial modeling, and variance analysis will contribute to driving efficiency and operational improvements.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and distribute customer pricing models while addressing related inquiries.
• Analyze vendor and customer claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review production batch results to identify and address material and labor variances.
• Evaluate gross margin reports by customer and product, identifying and resolving anomalies.
• Develop cost estimates for new and proposed products.
• Maintain and update labor routings for existing items and create routings for new items.
• Assist with monthly financial closings, including preparing journal entries, analyzing inventory, and reconciling accounts.
• Generate and distribute financial and operational metrics to support performance tracking.
• Contribute to the annual forecasting process and provide periodic updates as needed.
• Conduct financial analyses to support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and departmental expense monitoring.
