Our client, a leader in the property management industry, is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to join their team. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will be part of the Property Operations Department supporting the management of rental housing and facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to quality service which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Senior Portfolio Manager

Location : Oakland, CA

Pay Range : $62.24 per hour

Shift : 8 hours a day, with every other Friday off

What's the Job?

• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned rental properties, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality control inspections and oversee vendor performance to maintain property standards.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Supervise and train staff, conducting performance evaluations and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure timely resolution of issues affecting property operations.
