Research Oversight Committee Member

A company is looking for a Committee Member for the Research Oversight Committee (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

Attend regular committee meetings and review research applications for accessing anonymised real-world data

Assess new and existing data access requests from external researchers and provide feedback

Approve summaries of decisions and outcomes for publication on the company's website

Required Qualifications

Experience in clinical research using real-world data, preferably in cancer

Background in patient and public involvement and engagement (PPIE) in health research

Familiarity with research ethics approval processes

Willingness to participate in evaluating research studies

Commitment to improving cancer research through the use of health data
