URGENT HIRING!!! FINANCE / TRUST ACCOUNT VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Virtual Assistant to support our client's finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling financial tasks in a virtual setup.

A Finance / Trust Account VA's role is supportive, focused on transaction recording, reconciliations, admin, and reporting prep. The licensed accountant / tax agent remains responsible for regulatory submissions and compliance.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and reconciliations
  • Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
  • Monitor budgets and forecast cash flow
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Support in bookkeeping, data entry, and other administrative finance tasks

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in Australian FINANCE / TRUST ACCOUNT handling is highly desirable.
  • Alternatively, a strong background in the Australian Real Estate industry will be considered an advantage.

    • Technical and Software Requirements :

  • Ensure you have the necessary equipment and tools for smooth workflow.
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50mbps).
  • Suitable hardware including a computer or laptop, webcam, microphone, and headset.
  • Collaboration tools such as video conferencing software, instant messaging platforms, and project management tools.

    • Work Schedule :

  • Start early 5 : 30am, finish early 2 : 30pm (on DST) / 06 : 30am to 03 : 30pm (for non-DST)
  • Avoid the rush hour traffic
  • Be able to pick up your kids from school and have dinner with your family every night
  • Monday to Friday Only
  • Every Weekend Off

    • Salary Package :

    Competitive Starting Salary : Begin with a salary of Php 18,000.00 during the Probationary Period (3 to 6 months).

    Guaranteed Growth : Enjoy a guaranteed increase of Php 5,000.00 upon regularization and an additional Php 2,000.00 after 6 months of handling clients independently.
