Key Responsibilities

Underwrite new business across various lines and maintain strong agency relationships

Document underwriting decisions and communicate coverage advantages during the quoting process

Proactively engage with agents to enhance service and ownership in business interactions

Required Qualifications

Strong underwriting skills and coverage knowledge for accounts up to $50,000 premium size

Sales orientation with the ability to solicit, negotiate, and close accounts

Demonstrated commitment to service and strong relationship-building abilities

Knowledge of competition and current marketplace dynamics
