Commission-Only Client Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

What We’re Looking For :

We’re seeking a motivated, commission-based Client Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our client base. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, cold calling, and cold emailing decision-makers (owners, HR managers, talent acquisition leaders) at small to mid-sized companies — primarily in manufacturing and engineering.

This is 100% remote , flexible, and results-driven. You’ll be compensated based on booked clients, with generous payouts per deal .

Responsibilities :

Prospect and identify companies that could benefit from recruiting support

Cold call and email key decision-makers using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and Recruiterflow (we’ll train you)

Follow up consistently and manage leads through the outreach pipeline

Book qualified discovery calls for the founder to close the deal

Track daily outreach activity and performance metrics

Commission Structure :

$ 500 per booked and closed client

% of every placement made

No cap – the more you bring in, the more you earn

Ideal Candidate :

Experience in sales, appointment setting, or recruiting agency business development

Confident on the phone and great at crafting compelling emails

Comfortable working independently and using CRM / outreach tools

Bonus : experience with Apollo, Recruiterflow, or cold email automation tools
