A company is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team within the Regulatory / Compliance function
Ensure regulatory compliance for all products, labels, claims, and marketing materials
Build and manage internal compliance systems and documentation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or Compliance in a regulated consumer products industry
Demonstrated ownership of FDA and FTC compliance for product labels and marketing claims
Experience leading Prop 65 compliance
Proven ability to partner with Legal, Marketing, R&D, and Product teams
Strong knowledge of claims substantiation and ingredient research
