Descripción del trabajoPerform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents Dispensing and recording of all medications accurately Carrying out all physicians orders accurately Ensures that the care of the residents from CNA's and nurse is delivered appropriately Please note that any benefits below only apply to full-time employees) Highly competitive pay 401K with up to 4% employer contribution Health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as Flexible Spending Account Generous Paid Time Off and opportunity for PTO buy back Employee Assistance Program and Tuition Reimbursement
Full-Time Role
Pay starts at :
$34 per hour (pay based on experience)
Plus, an additional $2 PM shift differential
Additional 10% Weekend Differential for all weekend shift hours

What you bring to the table :
- LPN License in good standing in Illinois
- Long-term Care experience (Preferred)
- Caring and compassionate nature
- Possess strong computer skills
