Outside Sales Representative

Office Location : Rockville, MD

Salary : $150,000 - $250,000 per year (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Schedule : Monday to Friday

What Youd Do

  • Deliver interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, premium home improvement products
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships in your local market
  • Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and mindset training
  • Collaborate and contribute to a high-performance team environment

    • Requirements

  • Strong communication and public speaking skills
  • A goal-oriented, team-first mindset
  • Confidence, positivity, and high energy
  • Sales experience preferred
  • BA / BS degree is preferred or equivalent experience
