Salary : $185,000 - $220,000 per year

Job Details

We are seeking a Labor and Employment Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will represent employers in employment-related litigation before federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies. You will also advise and counsel management on a wide range of employee relations issues.

This is an opportunity to work closely with clients and contribute meaningfully to both litigation and advisory matters. We value excellent writing skills, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Represent companies in employment-related litigation in federal and state courts

Handle matters before administrative agencies

Advise and counsel management on employee relations and workplace compliance

Draft and review employment policies, agreements, and related documents

Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on employment law issues

Qualifications

3–5 years of law firm experience in labor and employment law

Strong litigation and counseling background

Excellent legal writing and analytical skills

Top academic credentials

Admission to the Connecticut or New York Bar required; admission to both preferred
