Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Systems Administrator  to support, manage, and optimize cloud and on-prem infrastructure. The role includes administration of Microsoft and multi-cloud platforms, server operations, security, networking, Azure DevOps, and support of complex, high-availability systems in a fast-paced government environment.

Technical Skills& Experience

• 8 years experience in information systems engineering or related field
• 5 years infrastructure / network operations, support, maintenance, and administration
• 3 years administering Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022)
• 3 years IIS administration
• 3 years networking experience (TCP / IP, DNS, Samba / CIFS, NTFS permissions)
• 3 years strong professional experience with AWS (required)
• 3 years experience with Microsoft Azure (highly desired)
• Experience with other cloud providers (e.g., GCP ) preferred
• Experience administering Microsoft platforms and Microsoft 365
• Strong knowledge of Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu) including patching and administration
• Experience supporting middleware (API Management, IT Service Automation, batch services)
• Experience with Azure DevOps : projects, repos, pipelines, and org-level configuration
• Proficiency in networking principles and cloud-based architectures
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, application architectures, security, IAM, and compliance
• Experience working with software and hardware vendors
