Client Summary

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale hospital or clinic accounts, ensuring minimum patient enrollment targets are met.
  • Identify and resolve enrollment and utilization barriers, including clinic staff dynamics and operational resistance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical teams and internal product, marketing, and account teams.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to junior account managers and eventually help scale the enablement team.
  • Drive patient engagement strategies using educational collateral, incentives, or practice-specific resources.
  • Leverage knowledge of remote patient monitoring (RPM) CPT codes and workflows to maximize clinical value.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, share insights, and optimize account performance and satisfaction.
  • Experience & Skills

    Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in practice enablement, customer success, or client services at a healthcare or value-based care company
  • Experience in a clinical admin or practice management environment, ideally in or adjacent to OB / GYN.
  • Background working with healthcare systems and understanding clinical workflow dynamics.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to challenge the status quo and influence change.
  • Demonstrated success in patient growth initiatives or improving clinical operational performance.
  • Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience with maternal health programs or remote patient monitoring platforms.
  • Prior consulting experience in a transformation or implementation role.
  • Familiarity with CPT code strategy and outcomes-based reimbursement.
  • Compensation

    $140k-$160k
