A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with CX stakeholders to assess learning needs and establish objectivesDesign and develop various instructional materials, including digital content and presentationsConduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions and improve materialsRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field3+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning developmentStrong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theoryExperience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS)Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Reach preferred
