Principal Solutions Architect

A company is looking for a Principal Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable and secure ITSM solutions to meet customer requirements

Lead technical teams in implementing ITSM solutions and provide mentorship to junior professionals

Identify opportunities for innovation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; master's degree preferred

Minimum of 10+ years of IT experience, including 5 years in senior technical leadership roles

Proven success in large-scale enterprise implementations and complex system integration

Experience with ITSM implementations and systems engineering principles

Deep understanding of cloud environments and IT management platforms
