Seeking experienced Process Engineer to design, introduce, and implement new processes to improve production efficiency and quality for high-precision injection molded products such as syringe stoppers, gaskets, seals, 'O-rings' and similar. Shall :

• Develop and review concepts for new injection molded products and tooling.
• Recommend new equipment to fit production needs based on cost, efficiency and quality requirements.
• Develop, improve and document new procedures for injection molding operations.
• Train process technicians, setup personnel and operators on production activities. Qualifications :
• Experience with process design and validation for injection molded medical devices or similar components.
• Background in Medical Devices with knowledge of plastic or rubber injection molding.
