Descripción del trabajoProvide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and / or security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, checking for any unauthorized access or unusual activity. Document observations and incidents as required by site procedures, maintaining clear and concise records for Allied Universal management and client representatives. Assist with access control procedures, helping to verify identification and manage visitor and employee entry as needed within a financial institution environment. Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing Allied Universal at the client location. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol - Bank Branch
As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol - Bank Branch in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining visible throughout the assigned financial institution location.
