Manager-in-Training

General Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent customer service and insure safe conditions at the Store
  • Learn the functions and responsibilities of the General Manager position
  • Successfully complete the On the Job Training (OJT) modules
  • Operate the store and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed as directed by the Area Manager

Qualifications / Experience / Education :

  • Excellent communication, customer service and leadership skills required
  • Minimum of 1 year Retail management or relevant experience required.
  • Proficient computer and accounting skills
  • Ability to lift / carry up to 25 pounds and operate a dolly / handcart for heavier items
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred, or equivalent experience
