A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of its business lines.
Key Responsibilities
Master backend architecture, focusing on payment system management and invoicing triggers
Perform continuous "Tri-Point Reconciliation" across the portfolio
Oversee data flow within NetSuite to ensure accurate billing of monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, MIS, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Operations Management, Economics, or related fields
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for building scalable models and structured datasets
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms
Experience with business intelligence tools including Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Strong interest in automation and emerging technologies, including AI tools and workflow automation platforms
