Software Engineer II

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II (Growth) who is passionate about driving product growth through experimentation and data-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and ship large-scale multi-product experiences using technologies such as React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Go

Own the full lifecycle of growth experiments from hypothesis formulation to statistical analysis and iteration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing features that drive measurable business outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

2+ years of hands-on experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer in a fast-paced tech environment

Strong proficiency in modern full-stack technologies, particularly React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, GraphQL, Go, and / or Python

Demonstrated experience with experimentation frameworks and AI-powered development tools

Strong product sense and analytical mindset with experience interpreting metrics and conducting A / B test analysis
