Position Summary

Were looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in St. Louis. This is a hands-on, onsite role leading commercial building, multi-family, and historic renovation projects from start to finish. Youll manage budgets, schedules, and teams while ensuring quality and safety across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of assigned commercial construction projects ($5M$100M+)
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee contracts, budgets, schedules, and change management processes
• Direct and mentor project teams including assistant project managers and project engineers
• Work closely with superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and financial reporting
• Lead project meetings and regularly update stakeholders on progress and risks
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies
