Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities :

  • Accounting Clerk will be responsible for AR - entering invoices and reconciling to the GL
  • Accounting Clerk will be responsible for AP - entering invoices only
  • Accounting Clerk will complete reconciliations
  • Accounting Clerk will perform data entry into Great Plains
  • Accounting Clerk will be asked to complete additional accounting and administrative projects, as needed

    • Requirements :

  • Some college level accounting courses would be a plus for the Accounting Clerk role
  • 1-2+ years AP or AR experience
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Great Plains experience is a plus, but not required. Can train on the system
  • Non-profit or union experience would be plusses, not required
  • Excel - basic to intermediate skills

    • Salary : $42,000 - $48,000
