DRG Coding Trainer

A company is looking for an Auditor Technical Trainer - DRG.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver technical training plans and materials for the Clinical Chart Validation team

Monitor performance and provide ongoing support and mentoring to team members

Integrate healthcare auditing principles and conduct quality assurance controls

Required Qualifications

Associates Degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred

5 to 7+ years of experience in claims auditing or clinical validation audit settings

Coding certification required; CCS or CIC preferred

Expert knowledge of DRG, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding

Strong presentation and organizational skills
