REPORTING STRUCTURE : Reports to the Director of Salem Trust Division

GENERAL FUNCTION : Serves as a proactive relationship manager, coordinating and managing all activities related to the delivery of a variety of custody services to institutional clients.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Research and answer clients’ account-related questions daily
• Meet with clients / trustees to achieve their satisfaction. Travel is a requirement.
• Identify additional sales and service opportunities and present them to clients
• Ensure Company profitability by periodic review of client fee schedules recommending changes
• Interact and build rapport with clients’ key decision makers and consultants
• Identify and refer new sales opportunities to management and assist in sales presentations
• Attend necessary conferences and functions
• Retain client base
• Establish setup of recurring monthly pension payments or lump sum payments to retirees
• Open and close accounts and transfer funds as necessary
• Process changes made for clients’ and retirees’ accounts
• Perform periodic administration reviews of accounts, ensuring all services are provided to clients and reiterated over time
• Serve as client liaison with internal groups
• Assist account associates with complex issues or problems
• Perform quality control tasks. Trade executions and client disbursement approvals required on daily basis.
