Our client, a growing manufacturer in the metals and plastics industry is seeking a Front Desk / Office Coordinator to join their team in Tyngsboro, MA. This is a full-time, 100% on-site, temp-to-hire role with hours Monday-Thursday 8 : 00-4 : 30 and Friday 8 : 00-3 : 30 (with a 30-minute lunch). Compensation ranges from $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, answering phones and directing calls.
  • Handle mail distribution, check deposits, and filing.
  • Assist with vendor invoices, packing slips, and account reconciliations.
  • Enter and maintain accounting records and spreadsheets for AP, tariffs, and sales taxes.
  • Provide support with billing, payments, and general office tasks.
  • Act as backup for other office staff when needed.

Candidate Qualifications :

  • Associate's Degree in Accounting (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative office environment.
