Accounts Receivable Analyst

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain an accurate portfolio aging and ensure outstanding invoices are collectible

Submit invoices monthly and communicate proactively with customers for prompt payments

Collaborate with internal teams and resolve client issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Exposure to the Legal or eDiscovery industry preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required

Experience with ebilling portals and Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus

Sales experience would be a plus
