Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

Pay Rate : $1830.73 - $2006.01

Beautiful outpatient facility is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for their facility in Belleville, IL to join their team for a 3 month contract assignment.

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : PT-IL

Preferred Qualifications

IL License

OP Experience

APTA and BLS
