We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Coordinator to join our Operations Team and help us keep our tools, vehicles, and facilities running smoothly.

What You'll Do

As the Asset Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Asset Manager by maintaining company-owned vehicles, trailers, tools, and facilities. You'll help ensure everything is properly maintained, documented, and compliant keeping our teams equipped and ready to serve customers every day.

Your Main Responsibilities

Fleet Management :

• Support daily operations of company-owned vehicles and trailers.
• Maintain accurate records in the Enterprise Fleet Management system.
• Promote safe driving through the Federated / Drive Safe Program.
• Coordinate with insurance providers for accidents, claims, and reports.
• Monitor GPS tracking systems for performance and safety.
• Manage WEX fuel cards, decals, and vehicle branding.
• Schedule and track maintenance and inspections for all vehicles and trailers.
• Maintain asset records, assignments, and maintenance documentation.
