Location : Oklahoma City, OK (on-site)

Pay Rate Range : Up to $21.00 / hour depending on experience

Position Overview

We're hiring a Computer Operator to support daily IT operations, troubleshoot Windows environments, and provide hands-on end user support. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and a natural IT aptitude who enjoys working independently and learning new technologies on the fly. You'll play a key role in keeping systems, users, and operations running smoothly while delivering strong customer service across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and support Windows-based systems and applications.
• Maintain and manage Excel spreadsheets with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide hardware and end user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Deliver strong customer service and communication when assisting internal users.
• Monitor daily IT operations and resolve issues proactively.
• Learn new systems and tools independently as needed.
• Work with minimal supervision while staying organized and reliable.
