Descripción del trabajoDEA & Certifications : CSR, DEA required Credentialing Timeline : 90120 days COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS Base Salary : Highly competitive (negotiable MGMA guidelines) Incentive Bonus Structure : Contract bonuses based on RVUs Relocation Assistance : Negotiable CME Allowance : Exceptional CME funds available PTO & Holidays : Flexible time off Health & Retirement Medical, Dental, Vision insurance plans 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Malpractice Insurance (with tail, if applicable) Licensure reimbursement (license, CSR, DEA, dues / subscriptions) REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Board Status : BC / BE in Colon & Rectal Surgery State License Required : Eligibility for Indiana medical license Certifications : DEA, CSR Experience : Previous experience preferred but not required Additional Deliver inpatient and outpatient surgical care with a focus on colon and rectal procedures Participate in call rotation for general surgery Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers and advanced practitioners Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR

- On-Call Expectations : 1 : 4 rotation, includes General Surgery cases
- Start Date : Approximately 90120 days post-offer, pending credentialing PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
- Patient Demographics : Adult patients requiring colorectal and general surgical care
- Admissions & Rounding : Included
- Consults & Follow-Ups : Yes
- Case Mix / Clinical Focus Areas : Colon & Rectal Surgery, General Surgery FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
- EMR System : Epic HIMSS Stage VII
- Specialty Backup : Nurse practitioner support in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Support Staff : System physicians with a collegial culture and mentorship support
- Leadership & Reporting Structure : Hospital-employed physician model
- Reason for Opening : Growth and expansion of service lines CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
- Board
